Roll Grinder Foundation

Solid concrete block of 150 cubic metres casted in a continuous pour. The block was hydraulically lifted onto eight springs for shock dampening.

Industrial Building

This building was constructed in a record time of two months with 3 floor slabs with a total of 300 cubic metres.

Krupp Cranes Counter Weights - 2 X Ship loaders in harbour

24 Segments were pre casted with a total weight of 36 ton per segment. Iron ore was used as agregate with a density of 3.6 ton per cubic metre.

Metso 3 X Stocker & Reclaimer counter weights - Saldanha Harbour

57 Segments were pre casted with a total weight of 22 ton per segment.

Stock House Extension Saldanha Steel

One of the largest foundation bases at Mittal Steel. 340 cubic metres concrete were continuously casted. The structures bearing pressure in production equals 3000 tons. 58 Ton rebar was used.

Ready Mix Department

All the above shown concretes were site batched. The capacity of the plant is currenly 80 cubic metres per day. We have produced over 8000 cubic metres concrete over the past six years. Quality control plays an important role in our business.
